Rotary has been around for a long time. It was established at La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1895. In the '20s the UK was their biggest market, and they supplied watches to the British army during WWII.
the Aquaplunge diver line is from the '60s, and there were both time only and chronos produced. Radium was used on many of them, including this one ("<25 mc" on the dial).
I bought this one from Romania, where the seller claims to have found it in a local flea market (very possible) in the original box. It is a nice variation, and I quite like the bezel and dial.
Arrived today, and in case you wanna see my Incoming 'reveal' thread, it's here:

I love the 'flyback' pusher complication used by the Swedish military (bombers, purportedly?) for calibrating their watches!
Found it eBay for 12 cents. Good deal. It's called a Sudanese Wise Ass Troll Clock.
What 'ya think?
I'm thinking about bringing it on Staten Island Ferry later on to show it off. My dad said it was a good idea!
...... and you would be able to identify an authentic Wise Ass item as you (and I) are experts in the field! 😜
