    As if any is needed: proof positive of the genius that was Gerald Genta. I love everything about the Pola(e)router but the case design really stands out on this one. If UG had a better advertising dept. they would probably be the Rolex of today.

    Is it pool weather yet?! Just in from the watchmaker, a nearly NOS Caravelle 333 Diver.

    And yes, the NATO came in today too. Shocking. Me in a NATO, I normally rail against these things, but couldn't resist with the crazy color in those hour markers. This will likely end up in a FS thread at some point, so it'll photograph better ;)

    Very nice! I really like these old Connie's and the consistency of the angular desing on the lugs, dial and crown.

    Great score. One of the coolest of the early divers, even cooler with the retailer's name.

    I was also of the same opinion, until this Teutonic 861 surfaced in Norway. Being a birth year piece, resistance was futile.
