Incoming is a Longines U-C chronometer, like the one I sold not too long ago, that I should have never let go in the first place. Pics on arrival.
Thanks to one of my regular enablers for the head's up! 馃憤
Ed, you're a bad man 馃憤
Nah, Ed is a good guy - I'm just a flake. 馃槈
Been very busy at work lately, and it is not about to end very soon (which is kind of good!) 馃榾
Still the workload does not keep me entirely out of mischief..
Made a package deal on a couple of Lemania chronographs.
One is a CH27 C12. This is the forerunner of the cal 321 as this version (CH vs CHT) has no shock protection device.
According to my notes on serial numbers, it should date to about 1945 +/-.
Obviously in need of TLC and a new crystal but I suspect it will be worth it.
Next up is another Lemania chronograph. Slightly older than the one above. Best guess is 1940(?).
Some finger marks on the movement (ohhhh my eyes hurts - I hope a good cleaning might help a bit) and I am unsure about the hands, however the rest I do like a lot! Caliber 15TL aka Omega 33.3.
And to round it up, a cal 3000 HW Lemania just for the fun of it:
I assume a good clean or replacement of the crystal will be good. The patina on the dial is there to enjoy!
The cal 3000 is looking very clean!
THIS JUST IN: MF-FRANKEN-MONSTER-LEMANIA-CHRONO brewing!! Purists beware!
My first 5100 will be a real scary monster!
Nice hording you've got there! Did the case spring for the 5100 come with the movement or with the case? It seems to be a hard to get item separately.
The case and movement belongs together. My first Franken mod will be down to dial and hands replacement.
The complete watch was made by Lemania for another brand.
The case is the same as for Sinn 156.
Reveal expected about two to three weeks from now.

Just brought home my first Omega today. I appreciate the comments and help from others in this forum. Got a great deal and fantastic overall experience. Today is a good day.
