·I had been lusting after a Tropical dial Seamaster
after I had seen one of our members acquisitions.
I fell hard for this one. Rare reference 2857 (not even in Omega DB)
Caliber 491. Jumbo 36mm not including crown. RG furniture,
Gilt Crosshair dial. Supposedly a 1 owner watch. 1503 bracelet
with 70 endlinks. It's been lightly polished but I overlooked that
with all the great attributes this one has.

··Pratts! Will I B******S!!!Got a new bracelet for my Rainbow. It was a pita to size and install - I hate messing with pressure pins & sleeves - and I have just noticed the Zenith logo is upside down when I look at it. 🤬
Of course that will drive me crazy, and since the six o'clock side must be two links shorter than twelve, a simple flip of the ends won't work. Guess I will ignore it for now and see how long I can hold out before redoing it.
