The AD I know finds me some nice non-vintage watches. Left home this morning with the SM300 which I got from him and went home with another watch on my other wrist in the afternoon. My friend was wearing the more flamboyant watch.
I picked one up last year and it one of my favorites. Getting harder to find in great condition, congrats. http://omegaforums.net/threads/my-first-zenith-just-arrived.17798/#post-192485
Bought a couple of days ago, but just arrived. Seamaster Polaris Titane 120m Quartz. Nice fresh factory lume, beautiful titanium butterfly deployment clasp... I love these watches.
I agree that it is a great watch!!! After doing some research it may not have been all bad since these are highly counterfeited and it didn't have box or papers. I turned around and found an example which was babied and came with a complete set (including a bezel protector). It cost more but I feel a lot more protected.
Lemania cal 3100 38mm case ref 208. I have not seen another for sale in the last three years! And I have been looking......
Well well well, after the purchase of my weems, I was supposed to be on a watch diet for some time. But I'm weak. Couldn't resist to this one today : 2012 Hamilton Khaki Navy Pioneer limited edition 120th anniversary. Found new in a Paris AD three years after it was released. Here in its box : But it is also a wristwatch, you can place it in a specific band and then you have someting you can put on your wrist : Er, only if you like having a 47mm plate. Not my case, so it will remain in its wood box on my desk.
I just finished a little shopping on the 'bay, and I picked up this circa ~'69 Revue with cal. ETA 2750 manual wind: I love patina!
These two come from China, so unfortunately, it might be awhile before they make the 'WRUW' thread...
Called into the Royal Exchange Boutique for a sneaky bracelet adjustment and spent an hour in there playing with shiny new Omegas...if only I had a job that paid like the bankers round here!
