another one, same setup

Can I just give you a bit advice. When you take this photo, put a white paper or cardboard next to the watch, out of the frame, so there will be some light on the shadow side.

Shot my friend's collection, well a part of it. He is a nr 1 Estonian watch collector (and we only have few).
His Instagram, if anyone is interested: https://www.instagram.com/mrgwatch/

So the setup: Fujifilm X-H2 camera on the tripod, 2 lights + white panels for reflection, diffusers, some paper backgrounds. Had to play with light reflection to bring out the best of every watch. The problem often is that reflecting light with white panel means low contrast on the dial.
I think these turned out pretty well.

So, some of the nicest here.

These are out of the camera .jpgs. Agree with OP and usually shoot RAW/CaptureOne Fuji, still getting used to the new workflow. Used to shoot x-t1/Lightroom. Other lenses incl 23mm f1.4, 10-22mm f4. Just bought the smallrig L bracket which is awesome because I can now easily change orientation quickly, and the bracket wasn't cost prohibitive.

XT-5? Nice. I have been waiting years to get the XT-5 - I started Fuji with the XE-1, sold it and all the lenses I had to a Japanese hairdresser! That guy got a great deal as it was basically new gear at less than half the price I paid. (kinda stupid of me, shoulda kept the lenses)

Then got the XT-1, sold it barely used for the XT-3, sold that barely used (like 50 tests shots!), bought more fancy X-series lenses, and said to myself, "OK, no more buying and selling camera bodies pointlessly at a loss, just wait for the XT-5 and be done with it!"

Finally it came out and I still haven't bought one. Maybe best to wait until the XT-6 comes out and the XT-5 bodies will drop in price 😀

Still have my 3 lenses though stuffed away in storage. Really wish I had them with me now, then results are so nice from the Fuji line.

Camera's themselves are such works of art I would never sell my old gear again. I had a Mamiya 645, Yashica FX-D, Minolta SRT Super, all of which I regret getting rid of. What's left is my current collection. My uncle also has a Nikon F3 and man, it's beauty still holds up today.

Agreed - I always regretted not buying the Nikon FM3A when I was offered one basically "as new". I don't shoot film anymore but for me it was the pinacle of SLR film cameras! A classic beauty too:

Also, although not strictly a stills camera, but a Super 8 film camera, this Beaulieu 4008 ZM II is also a thing of beauty!

Well, I am and have been since 2013.

At the moment I use Fuji X-T4.
Sometimes I stick with the SOOC JPG files from the camera when I really have nailed the light.
But, I prefer shots after some tweaking in Capture One.

I have been using Laowa 65mm 2,5X macro lens for a year now and really happy.
But, even Fuji's 18-55 kit lens is superb. I don't do image stacking but definitely will try to find time for that.
I have also used 16-55 and some old M42 lenses like Takumar 85/1.8.

Anyway, I shall post some of my best shots here.

Are you are Fuji shooter?
Great shot and of course great watches.

This weekend I shot with Canon FD 55/1.2 S.S.C (not a macro lens) and was surprised with its capabilities.

Canon 55/1.2, great lens, now you are talking. Great shot
