Are the Omega NATO straps worth the money?

I guess I don't power walk or skydive with this watch so it hasn't budged.

I forgot to mention one downside is it does get a funky smell...eek.

In my humble opinion, the Omega NATOs are like a sore dicks...you can't beat them. Yeppers, they are pricey...but my Omega Speedmaster Professional (aka Speedy Gonzales) is my grail watch so it gets grail NATOs...and I'm sort of a brand whore. Pictured below is my Speedy Gonzales on the Omega Barenia leather NATO and just to the right is the Omega coated nylon NATO...followed by the Omega polyamide NATO and the Omega NASA replica strap...both of which came with the Speedy Gonzales Moonwatch presentation box set. 👍

Cool photos, thanks.

Please get this under control, for the sake of humanity. Your son's methane production could be a significant contributor to global warming.
Now you're putting the whole world in danger!!

They're not worth the 10x pricetag - but make no mistake, I'm wearing my black Omega nato over my normal black cheap nato anyway.

It's maybe...twice as nice as a normal nato. Smoother, better hardware. Plain and simple. Happy to have one. Want the tan leather next.

I love the quality of the OEM and the way they feel on the skin. I've had quite a few aftermarket NATO straps and some are heavy duty while others are form fitting and comfortable. The good part about the cheaper alternative is that you can try multiple suppliers and color schemes to see which one you really like.... but if budget is of no concern then do it =)

Thanks! Have a great Saturday! Love you!
They are totally worth it. Less pricey ones will do the job, but the Omega ones are .

also, something about the way they balance the placement of the hardware means that (at least on my 8” wrist) it sits closer to the actual bottom of my wrist.
