I saw one of these the other day, 18K rose gold annual calendar, and IMO the lack of boxed window is a lot worse on the annual calendar:

Just picked up my new one ...
Great watch! First one I spot in the wild. Congrats! Can you give us a pic from the back casing?

Saw this in person at my local Boutique and I must say it looks even better in person. The dial blends in much better, and aside from the second hand, it's a homerun IMHO.

My skyfall says hi!

I also prefer the older model with the frame at the date window and the non polished center links. Mine has the 8500B Si-14 so movement wise only thing dont have is the 15k gauss rating [emoji6]

I too prefer the non-master due to the framed date window & non-polished center links... I can live without the 15K gauss

This is one of my favorite watches. I don't really dress up, but this one goes well with about anything. Bought this one after the master was released, and really much prefer the boxed date window and non polished CL.

I have to agree on the date window frame... I think it is soo much better.

I disagree on the brushed centre links however...

It's the Omega OEM Barenia leather NATO.

i tried on an AT 8500 master 38.5. Loved it.

However. I already have the 2503:

I have a couple questions. If you guys could only have one Aqua Terra which would you pick? My white face or the newer model? Also what's the difference between the master coaxial and the Skyfall besides the new polished center links? Is it the same bracelet on the new model, or the same bracelet just POLISHED, or an entirely new setup? What's the difference between the movements? More magnetic resistance?

I love the blue and the 38.5. I would appreciate thoughts, opinions and impressions. Thanks!

I looked long and hard at the blue face, and just couldn't decide, I let the wife choose as I was happy with either.....

Overall I prefer the non-master due to the finished date window. It really adds the much needed visual weight to the 3 oclock position where the new Master has that "missing gap" look to me. Just opinion... here, no real right or wrong.

Well I waited long enough and they released the perfect one for me - 38mm, thin, on rubber, blue.. I adore it!!! Got it last week. It was not an option when I made this thread.

The new METAS certified 8000 series movements are great, but I never discount the 2500. Among my other Omegas, I own a 2017 SMPc with the 2500d and my SO has a 2018 De Ville Prestige with the same movement. Both of these watches are more accurate than the caliber 8900 METAS certified movement in my Globemaster which is consistently +5 SPD. The 2500d is also thinner which makes for a less bulky case.

I recently went through this process myself. I chose the Co axial mainly due to the bracelet. While I like the framed date window on mine, I hate the CPLs on the Master. I think it makes the watch look cheap, and too flashy...... however I love it on the blue rubber! Great choice! Enjoy it in good health!!!
