·Not sure that I agree. In my experience, it seems to me that many buyers of modern Rolex watches buy them precisely because they want to be noticed and that often occurs. What is ironic in my view is that both the buyers and the admirers of these watches seem to know very little about them other than that they are expensive.
Worn and noticed by other WIS. Very small % of general population. Millenials don't even wear watches, and if they do they aren't what we call watches.
