Yea I don't really want to pester this guy. The watch is in great condition and I'd like to own it, but this particular reference is not a must have for me.

This is a desirable reference. One might argue that 38mm vs 35mm is more desirable but to me the essence and total coolness of the Tri Compax is in 35mm. This is a great watch.

I do agree having all that details packed into a 35mm would be quite mesmerising.
London is very expensive for vintage watches, especially Burlington arcade. Unless I'm not looking hard enough. Care to point me in any direction?
This is the list of shops I've thrown together. Doubt I'll go to all of them, I'll probably pick 4 or so. I'm more banking on Switzerland and Milan for my next purchase!
