Apollo 11 40th anniversary searching for box and certificate 7797

Hello from Germany.
i dont know if it is right here, but i am looking for the box and certificate of the Apollo 11 40th anniversary with the number 7797. I bought the watch last week here in Germany but the box and the certificate were missing.
The other cards be present. So it is a try too post it here in this forum.
The watch was first sold in Singapure.

You may want to order an extract of the archives there, but bear in mind that it will not look like the original certificate :
