Does your 1450 have a pressed or their two-button milled clasp? Either can be done. One is significantly more involved than the other. I've put an entire Omega pressed clasp on their contemporary flat link that came with their milled clasp. I've put an Omega clasp cover on their 1450 that came with a Forstner pressed clasp. If you're looking at one of the modern Omega monstrosities like on the newest Seamaster, the answer is no. Unless you can make your own parts. You'd also have to find one meant for a taper that the Forstner 1450 exhibits.

I have their 2-button milled clasp with their logo etched on top....I also have the no stretchy links option on the 1450 bracelet....

Hi, I done this mod about one year ago. I used just the outer part of the genuine 1450 clasp leaving the internal part that came with the Forstner and it worked flawlessy. It's a few minutes job that requires a normal springbar tool only.
It's definitely a nice mod if you are able to find a 1450 clasp in good shape 😀
