I'm in the process of acquiring a Polerouter with 19 mm lug width. Cal 218-2, ref. 204612/2.

Looking to fit it with a nice pair of new shoes. Jean Rousseau and Camille Fournet don't seem to make 19 mm straps. Any recommendations? I see Hodinkee does, but they don't seem to have the design/color I'm looking for. Looking for alligator.

    Always appreciate the advice guys,
    -J.

Ive tried all kinds of top leather strap brands but Veblenist and Bulang & Sons were the best.
Veblenist carry 19mm straps, if they dont you can request any strap in 19mms.

Try Hirsch or even Omega (the 38mm Aqua Terras have 19mm alligator deployant straps available)

These straps are amazing - I’m going to post a review someday. Owned several of their straps and haven’t disliked any of them. High quality vintage style straps - you get what you pay for.

Go custom. And get exactly what you want.

That's a Tiffany blue chevre with light padding. Saffiano leather backing.

I will second Veblenist and NOSTime! They are some of the best in the world along with JP Menicucci. I've been to NOSTime's shop to get a few watches serviced before and he is truly top notch (also has a crazy Rolex collection).

    This thread might help.

Many of the strapmakers there can do a custom 19mm strap. Camille Fournet definitely does do 19mm (they made one for me) - you can do a custom one on their website. Molequin also has 19mm ones.

I decided to go with a matte Veblenist alligator strap. I'll post some pictures once I get the watch and strap  Thank you all for the recommendations

Since the OP referred to Parisian sources, did you consider Atelier du Bracelet Parisien?

I feel the other suggestions on this thread, although without doubt offering high quality products, appear more a match to tool watches than a Polerouter.

    Why "used to"?
They're also supposed to be suppliers to Cartier which is also part of the Richemont group.

Highly recommend JonesInTokyo off etsy. Im not affiliated in any way, I've bought many many custom made straps off him over the years.

Reasonably price, stocks horween leathers among others, and you can customise the length and dimensions so you can get that perfect fit!
