Why "used to"?
They're also supposed to be suppliers to Cartier which is also part of the Richemont group.

It's something I knew a long time ago and wasn't sure if they still did...I just knew they were a quality watch strap company who tailors bespoke straps, something the OP might find useful. I didn't know they also supply Cartier, very interesting.

Here’s my 19mm vintage Swiss ammo bag strap from Finwatchstraps on a gilt dialed Cortebert...
The strap is a little thicker at the lugs at 4mm ( wish a tad thinner) ..overall sturdy and comfortable overall.

that does not look right at all. not only is it way too thick it looks bigger than 19mm

that strap looks like it belongs on a much beefier case with more clearance

You know. You’re right. It is def 19... but it’s a bit too big at the lugs . I got a little lazy, when I ordered that one. I probably have around 6 straps from FWS - and in my haste to get one of the ammo bag straps- I never really noticed it was 4mm. There is really no clearance ... I can def flex the watch head. But I agree it does look off. I put it on today for the first time w that Cortebert-I will use it on a different watch ...
