Any OF Chess Players?

I enjoy a game. Struggle to find opponents though (thrashing my 10yo gets tedious after a while), so I set up a monthly meet in my local village where there are half a dozen regulars. It’s a dying art. I’m on chess.com under the same username if anyone fancies a bout sometime 😀

Up until last Christmas, I hadn't played chess since middle school. A lodge brother gave my 11 year old son a chess set for Christmas. We've played about a dozen times, I'm 1 and 11. It seems to be catching on with younger people. Two of my kids on the bus routes play, one of my third graders is in a chess club at school.
