Any collective words of advice on the condition and originality of this Sparkle?

Clearly the date is misaligned - could this be just that it is in the process of changing date?

And can I also ask what sort of value this watch would have?

Thanks in advance.

Omega, gold furniture in a steel case?

Yes, it happens.

Cordially,

Besides Silver/Silver and Gold/Gold there were a few other variations of this dial. Watchco sold several a couple years back. This always could be one of those dia

The dial is legit, whether it came with this watch, I could not say. But it is not the dial for the typical Gold or Gold Filled model.

BTW, the Sparkle Seamaster 166.032 and 168.023 are generally two of the best Omega bargains available. Often findable in very good condition

Agree. I was lucky when someone here pointed this as one in very good condition/value.

Wow, styggpyggeno1!

Having trawled Google some more, I have found a couple more examples of SS 'Sparkles' (166.032) so it would seem it is an uncommon, but original, combination.
