Any issues with this Dynamic?

Hi gang. As per the thread title, any issues with this one?
Unfortunately there are no images of the movement, though apparently it was serviced last year and all running well.
The dial, hands and movement are reportedly original, as is the (cracked and scratched) plexiglass.
The strap and crown are replacements.
The mildly alarming rust on the case back apparently is not an indication of water ingress into the case movement.

Thoughts very much appreciated...
