That seller typically "restores" the watches they sell. Full case polishing, re-dials, etc. Disclosed in the fine print of the description.
Very overpriced IMHO. But there is a market for what they sell, seeing the results obtained on ebay.

Edit: Just hit the link and read the auction description.
Half way down it says "Beautiful Restored White Omega Dial".
To the OP: Try reading the auction descriptions in full before asking for opinions.
