Here's my Uncle's old Omega watch.

Not too sure on the history, want to know something about it.
Really struggling to find an exact match.

There's no "Seahorse Back" which from my research tells me it makes it maybe Pre-'57?
There's also the possibility that the back has been replaced.

The back states:

18k
0,750
74

10800

Am yet to open it up, not a watch expert so am going to get it opened up by a professional soon.
So no serial number yet.

aren’t they usually fakes when the gold content is stamped on the back? Isn’t it usually on the inside of the back?

Yes, and, stainless steel isn't stamped 18K or 0.750

I think that's down to the lighting in the photo.
It's gold/yellow gold colour at least.

The lugs in the photo look yellow gold, I'm seeing a stainless steel caseback
