Help: polished/brushed parts on Omega Seamaster 300 Ref. 14755

Hello everyone, I am seeking help on determining what parts are supposed to be polished on an Omega Semaster Ref 14755. I recently bought the watch knowingly that the watch had been totally polished, and now I would like to correct it.

I am attaching images that identify the main sections, i numbered them for ease of reference, hopefully that helps the discussion. Forgive me for the terminology, I do not know the technical names for the various parts of the watch, I did my best to make it as clear as possible.
