Hi guys, a friend has just purchased this. Any idea on model-era etc. we are not sharp enough to take back off, but purchased from reputable dealer. TIA

Apologies, don鈥檛 know why pic didn鈥檛 pull through. Probably because I鈥檓 old & incompetent.

I don鈥檛 have the expertise, tools or balls to take back off, I am only asking for ideas of model & era, not asking for authentication as I understand that is impossible with such limited info. It does look highly polished.

Genuine, mid/late 1960s, lugs very worn.

Exposed brass on the lugs could verdigris, can be replated or a bit of neatly applied lacquer (easily reversible) could help seal the brass馃槈

TY, I will pass info on. I did suggest that he get a watchmaker to pop the back off & confirm the movement is genuine.
