Hi guys and girls...I have the chance to get this Omega cheap, bit can't find a comparable anywhere. Is this the real deal? It looks and feels vintage but it concerns me that I can't find a similar dial combo anywhere. Thanks!

Looks mostly fine to me. That dial is variously referred to as a waffle or honeycomb pattern, with sector lines.

The crown does not look original.

The dial is likely from a 2577 model - Vintage Uhren: Seamaster CK 2577 | OMEGA DE® (omegawatches.com)

But the "OMEGA" that you see on the dial seems to be added afterwards (the original sign probably was erased/worn-off).
The lugs to the case though seem a bit unusual (through the view of my limited experience) - I think these are called fancy lugs and haven't seen them on thus model in my browsing, but I let the experts comment on that.

Gonna have to disagree with your comment on the dial. The OP watch has nothing to do with a 2577. Especially since 2577s are bumper automatics. As for the “Omega” on the dial, it looks fine. Just aged by time and the radium on the dial.

OP the watch is original. A US cased watch probably, which usually means it is gold filled.
