Apparently, I spoke too soon. Item relisted. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Hamilton-14k-Gold-Piping-Rock-Timepiece/254102886937Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Price is not as good as before, but still not ridiculous. gatorcpa
New white dial and green dial to be released - does that mean the brown dial will be discontinued? New “earth” PVD treatment for the case. A brown dial with the new “earth” PVD would go well together
My most recent purchase - a solid 14k white gold thin-o-matic. Haven’t yet figured out the model. It’s part of the TM-20x lineup. The catalogues don’t reference a solid white gold variant which makes me think that this one is somewhat rare. Cool grade 620 micro-rotor automatic movement.
Oh, I just saw that your original post was to a different one that was listed on Ebay. When I clicked your link I was directed to this one. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Ha...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1431.l2649Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
I think hands were replaced on that one. However, it should not be difficult to find correct style replacements and this is not considered a big deal by Hamilton collectors. I see that price has gone up. You should check to see if you were outbid. gatorcpa
I love my little mechanical Hamilton. I actually had a plexiglass dome mod fitted to mine - just felt right!
I found one that may be too good to be true but I am throwing my hat into the ring. It's being sold by a guy calling himself secret squirrel. https://www.ebay.com/itm/14K-Hamilton-Piping-Rock-Art-Deco-Classic-Beautiful-All-Original-1929/113630365473?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1431.l2649Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
