New white dial and green dial to be released - does that mean the brown dial will be discontinued?

New “earth” PVD treatment for the case.

A brown dial with the new “earth” PVD would go well together

The white dial looks good at first, but the more I look at it, the more it reminds me of a timex.

My most recent purchase - a solid 14k white gold thin-o-matic. Haven’t yet figured out the model. It’s part of the TM-20x lineup. The catalogues don’t reference a solid white gold variant which makes me think that this one is somewhat rare. Cool grade 620 micro-rotor automatic movement.

I think hands were replaced on that one.

However, it should not be difficult to find correct style replacements and this is not considered a big deal by Hamilton collectors.

I see that price has gone up. You should check to see if you were outbid.

I love my little mechanical Hamilton. I actually had a plexiglass dome mod fitted to mine - just felt right!

I hung with it up to $1100, I think I'm out now though.

What happened at the 9 and between the 11-12 markers on the outer edge of the dial?
