Antique bracelet?

Is this bracelet antique?
I bought it at an auction. According to the auction description it was gold plated but to me it looks like the middle part is real gold since I can't see any wear against any other metal and I have also added a drop of 35% vinegar without any discoloration happening there.
Is there anyone here who knows about this type of bracelets and can give some information about origin and possible value?
