Another Omega 60 - Insight hugely appreciated

Hi all. Patrick again. I see another burgundy Onega 60 posted, this time by Watch Vault from Australia. Wondering what you think. I am still learning but the hour markets look different than all the others I have to date on this site and elsewhere. This one they seem to be the same color as the dial..is this correct?
