16 years ago I purchased a small table saw from the big box lumber yard. It cost $125.00. 3 Years ago I built it into my work table to make it wider and a long runout. This past weekend the motor died. After only 16 years. I started checking around and found a used motor on ebay for $165.00. Went to the local electric motor shop and they could get me a new motor for $325.00. Went to the local cheap tool store and bought a newer model of the same one I have for $155.00. It will drop right in the hole and my dust collector should work with only a few modification. Should be back in the noise and sawdust business for New Years.
Milwaukee M18 angle grinder. Cut up an old metal shelf already...like a hot knife through butter! Really liking the M18/Fuel power tools! First one I bought was a drill to replace my dying 25+ year old Black N Decker. Wow, what an improvement!!
Not sure what i bought I’m guessing it’s a 1940’s jewelry box. A thrift shop find that goes well with the beach house decor theme. It might become a home for my cufflinks. I like to repurpose, like the flea market barbacide jar that now holds all that toothpaste from Costco
I picked up this suit-brush set on the weekend. I am guessing it is from a club or restaurant, and not a home-use design. Any ideas? The two larger brushes are identical, the narrower one is softer.
