I live in Toronto, Canada, but the filtration system was installed at a place I have north east of Toronto, in an area called the Kawarthas. More specifically, I’m on Jack’s Lake if any of you are familiar with southern Ontario.
Welcome to the forum! We have a plant in Collingwood so I’m up in that area every few months. Gorgeous part of Ontario.

Little 14 by 20 cm paperback in the BFI - British Film Institute series: The Right Stuff by Tom Charity ( 96 pages printed in 1997 )
A great read on my favorite subject, placing the 1979 Tom Wolfe book and the 1983 film in historical perspective... Fits nice next to a 1960s F-104
😉

Bought this Dr. Seuss piece for my wife's birthday, next week. She loves sea turtles and Dr. Seuss. I wish she would buy me a watch occasionally.

Yesterday I bought a beautiful custom-built Brownell 27 bass boat from the original owners.
You know the old joke: the two happiest days for a boat owner - the day he buys it and the day he sells it.
Right now I couldn’t be any happier!

When I was a little kid, my grandfather owned an island on Eagle Lake in Tichborne, Ontario. Such great childhood memories! He died when I was 11, and my grandmother sold the island, and everything on it - furnished cottage, boathouse, boats, tools, fishing gear, etc. - for $14,000.

Bought a new wedding band a few weeks ago. 6mm plain white gold band with an engraved note. Love the shine and how light it is compared with my old tungsten ring

She was robbed!

More accurately, she was drunk...

What's it like below deck?
Basic v-berth, sink and cooler to port, stove and galley to starboard. Head under starboard bunk. Nice and simple!

60lbs of ice. In hopes I can keep all the food in my freezer and fridge from going bad during another California power outage.😵‍💫
