路A new "Eve" pillow for me. I got a Tempur funny shaped on mid last year and have recently had pretty bad lower back pain. Stayed at a friends this weekend on a higher and firmer pillow. First night and subsequent day, no pain. Changed out for our guest pillow last nigh. No pain, just a bit uncomfortable.

路A plate of Lake Flies tied by Paul Rosman in 2008. The flies were tied to match the flies illustrated in Mary Orvis Marbury's book Favorite Flies and their Histories, which was published in 1892. All of Rosman's materials match original materials, down to the French tinsels and gut snells. He's a hell of a tyer.
