They claim its from the factory as a special order… looking at the rivet marks on the back it does sort of look like it never had arrowhead markers but only the letters… there’s a lot of pics included, what do you guys think?

Looks OK to me, no obvious previous arrowhead marker holes, although why aren't the legs for the Ω, Omega and the ⭐︎ ground off like the letters?
