Far out! My Bulova Computron digital driver's watch. Though I suspect these unusual slanted displays were designed to overcome a major problem with LED watches. Difficulty reading the time in bright light.

Your Bulova looks great, but it is quartz watch.
I've never seen such Seiko, but I can say it is a bit ugly 😁

I just read about your Amida! Unusual, to say the least! I assumed it was also electronic, but it is mechanical! Who knew? (Obviously you did)! Think of the challenges the designers of your Amida had to overcome to produce a mechanical watch of that odd design, that would give a digital read out! Unusual to say the least! Once the technology of the LED digital had been worked out, my Computron would have been easier to produce.

You are right. Sorry I didn't mentioned it is mechanical. This is jump hour movement. I can say this watch looks just cool 😀

I always liked the Amida. Its design makes sense in many ways, but on the other hand, it is truly weird in many ways, too. Thanks for sharing!

It make sense in concept that was special watch for drivers. They are able to see the time without taking hands off the driving wheel.
Second of all it is difficult to crack the crystal 😁
