Sucks. Wow. Hope the fact that they knew how to get in that it's easier to find the burgler and maybe narrow it down... Sorry.

So sorry to hear. A contractor stole two of my watches a couple of months ago. target of opportunity though because I had the box with the omega/Rolex/jaeger etc on a shelf and right in front of it there where two shinola automatics....they took the two shinola and left about 100g of watches on the shelf.

Needles to say, all back in the safe now.

Good luck

Awful news -- I'm very sorry to hear it, and hope there's a positive resolution down the line, though the sense of violation that comes with any burglary is potent, and hard to shake. Good luck with sorting this out, and all best,

S

Knock on every door at your building and in your vicinity. Someone will have seen something that can help. Check nearby trash cans or bushes. Thieves may have dumped the caps or other items they feel are not of value to them. So sad.

Adam,

Dude, I’m so sorry man.

I know SF isn’t that far away from you, but you might want to just run it by HQMilton too. They’re a good contact to give a heads up to.

Best of luck, and I will be on the lookout for you too. Such a shitty thing to happen to you.

So sorry to hear. Best wishes to you.

If you do not have specific insurance there may be a clause with a base amount called jewelry that will at least cover some of it.

You probably already have done - there is a site called https://www.thewatchregister.com/ to register against.

We just did a complete bathroom guy job. Many different workers in over the last month. I hedged by taking my collection completely offsite ( even with in home video cameras ) during the job. Sadly. this is no solace to the poor soul here however.

oh, Adam. That is so tragic. It's such a beautiful collection!

eyes open and ear to the ground locally and on the 'net.

check your local craigslist (and other local buy/sell sites) as well as the pawn shops.
