·just a follow up... So I've taken the Geneve in to get it serviced due to the -90 sec issue. All good news to report... he thinks everything is in fantastic condition... all original in his view, and rarely opened. Doesn't think the case was polished, but could just be a good job. Pretty happy with it. It's about +3 seconds after service.

·I think the .041 series makes a great introduction to vintage Omega.
I wouldn't change the original hands but I think the crown might be a replacement.

This was my second vintage. I have a '73 Doxa Incabloc that's a lot of fun (day date with a TV dial). I'd like to get an Omega Seamaster Cosmic. I just love the look. Not sure how collectors feel about them, but I love them.
