·To be fair to them, they do respond quickly to questions. But that's about all I can say positively. For the premiums they charge (especially on other watches), I expected more. It makes me wonder the state of the tri-compax that is currently on sale now.

·Sorry to hear yr problematic ordeal. Thank for sharing. I for 1 would never consider them after reading this. It's sad that you can' rely on a dealer & a reputable 1 @ that.
