ยทI sent Sam (hejsam) a Certina DS, shipped from NJ to Sweden. When he received it the dial was damaged.
Instead of jumping to conclusions or reacting with anger, he was understanding, kind and patient. It is easy to be nice when things are going your way. But for a buyer who received a damaged watch to be so kind and thoughtful is truly the mark of a man of exceptional character.
