Early 90s. Freaked out the lady responsible for big cats at Toronto zoo when I entered an enclosure with two cougars. I argued that Cougars are not big cats.
2018. My friend was promoted to Lt. Colonel at local reserve base. I am at his ceremony. He is a reservist but has done two tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq. And was one of my finest police officers.
2021 with kids from my last class. (I still instruct but only when they can convince me to go in). Shotgun is a training aid and not functioning.

·At the helm of a Rolls during Monterey’s Car Week and Pebble Beach concours. The car was on loan from RR for the day. It made an impression on everybody who saw it. Sadly, that was the first and only time I drove a $350,000 Rolls. 😉 I’m wearing a TAG Linc Chrono.

·Only just discovered this thread after all these years. I don’t post a lot but I “like!” a lot. You may have noticed. I’ve worked out I’m a month older than JiminOz, but missed out on his mechanical expertise. I’m more for the aesthetics of the watch - elegance and cool are what I like.
