We can see where Ivy get's her dimples! Great Family resemblance but Grandpa needs to dole out some watches.
Wonderful shot, Achim, you must be so proud!

Liza got a Speedmaster for her Doctorate. Had a Rolex 1016 before . That covers it.

I reactivated my long deactivated Facebook page in search of a photo and came across this one, which reminded me of this thread. Here is a 24yr old Scarecrow Boat who couldn’t really grow facial hair but still tried. He also didn’t seem to grasp just how horrible those crap “vintage film camera” apps were… but man did he have good hair.

Fast forward to present time, taking another selfie but this time with an actual vintage film camera. I must have hit a second growth spurt as I seem to now be taller than my hair 😜 and still can’t grow facial hair yet I try…
Facial hair is completely overrated. Unless you live in Arab Countries , where the absence of it makes you stand out from the Norm.

Update 6 years later : Today. Now 74 years young. My older daughter , Dr. Liza with her first Child at 34 years . Which is Ivy, 6 months "old" . It was the end of a perfect summer's day just around the corner from the Australian Beach town, where I live.
..
Nice guy, nice family, nice watch! 😀

Whenever I tried a beard I was always scratching and I gave up on my sixties/seventies ‘tache (grown because I felt I needed to look older) when I developed dandruff (?) in it 😳
