I think this one is legit. What do you guys think? Please excuse the iPhone camera photos. I don’t have the proper equipment to take macro shots.

I just compared it to my 8400 and it looks ok. The positions of all screws, jewels and red labels match.

Looks good. You can even see the screws on the balance wheel.

Yep, that picture of the balance wheel bridge is the best to tell the fake from the true movements. Fakes have a faux balance bridge covering the real movement and you can see the regulator for the clone movement underneath. That picture is of a real 8400 movement.

Of course, that doesn’t guarantee the seller isn’t showing you a real movement picture he got off the internet. As always, buy the seller and do your homework. Good luck.
