So, I adjusted the bracelet...and lost one of the tiny screws lol. Its not an easy job, as you have to align the pin between the three parts very well before re-installing the screws. My screws did have Loctite on them..

Anyone know of any ADs in SoCal with the 60th anniversary Speedy?

I can confirm that OBs have officially sold out...

Best bet is to scour the sales section in this forum and Rolex forum.

Ok, I love everything about this watch except......the lume, or should I say lack of lume. Exposing it to bright light activates the lume for about 30 minutes, then it’s barely visible. Maybe the faux patina has something to do with it? Anyone else noticing this?

Yes, the screws are really tiny and tricky to handle. I almost lost one adjusting mine.

Yes, I mentioned it earlier right after I got my watch. However, no one else responded about having the issue. I did dig back in this thread and I think I recall someone else pointed out the weak lume on the 60th Speedy back in October. I also think the faux patina has something to do with it. My only consolation is the lume on the hands of my watch does appear to be brighter.

My lume is pretty poor also. Though I was never particularly impressed by the lume on the std 3570 so I can’t say if it is any better or worse than the std Moonwatch, just not all that impressive.

The lume on my 60th Speedy is practically nonexistent but I can’t say it bothers me I love the watch.
The luminosity on my old 65 Speedy was brilliant when it was new, but that is a completely different story, and my eyesight was better back then!

Lume is pretty weak but doesn't bother me that much. My 20 year old sub has brighter lume.

The colour of the lume can affects it's brightness, as this chart shows...

I've learned to live with the lume because I love my 60th Speedy and think it is perfect to me in every other way.

With that said here is a bad iPhone photo to show what we are talking about. The 60th is in the middle with my Reverso on the left and my 2001 Speedy Michael Schumacher on the right.

I’m really upset with Omega

They’ve delivered the watch to a lot of flippers : we’ve seen a lot around selling with markup

At the beginning at the OB they allow me to pick my favorite number, and I’ve choosen a very special one, the day my son was born.

Who is picking a special number are likely to not sell the watch .. so why delivery at the end of all the deliveries?

I’m really getting mad anytime I see your pictures and thinking about my empty Christmas tree...

Anyone else is waiting ? At the OB hey said they have to delivery still 7 pieces .. but here it seems I’m the only one..

I find this very strange.

I ordered mine from Omega Manchester in November and picked it up last week.

So order to deliver was just over 4 weeks

I was probably one of the first in the world to place the order , as I ordered the same morning in which it has been introduced in Basel..
