Currently have a omega speedy tuesday and a rolex ceramic no date. What watch should I get to complete my 3 watch collection? I think 3 watches would give me a good rotation of watches. Budget of approx 10k-13K USD.
    Thanks,

    Craig

Is there any particular theme/style/niche you want it to fit? Chronographs, sport/casual/dress, etc?

What Rolex do you have? I like to think of a collection as spanning watch types:

Chronograph, Diver, GMT, and thin Dress watch

For a three watch collection you could either leave out one of those, or get a watch that spans two categories. I also like the idea of having one gold/gold plate watch.

I think a good dress watch should complete your collection. Since Omega and Rolex are already there, you should try to add a Watch from some other brand as well.

Go try on some reversos and then buy one second-hand

Yes Reverso is a great choice but I've seen Reverso is not liked by people easily, unless you're a watch nerd, and then it's essential.

What are people thoughts of a Rolex Pepsi or Batman?

After reflection; I think if I were absolutely limited to the situation described; I would add a dress piece, possibly in YG as one member suggested, though I usually prefer WG personally. If you wanted relatively new, my personal choice would be a Patek Calatrava which can be found with a bit of patience, or if you'd also like to have this piece fill vintage as well, a LeCoultre or for something even more uncommonly seen a well-kept UG; I saw a beautiful Day Date Moonphase in near mint original shape in YG for around 11-12k USD not long ago. Spectacular looking piece, and the complications might be at home between the multi-functions of the Speedy and the straightforwardness of the no-date. I think Matthew Bain has a less costly SS earlier of similar design right now, actually. Anyway, just my two cents.

*The UG at M. Bain's site is much simpler in dial design than the one I remembered seeing. Re: Pepsi/Batman; beautiful, but not what I'd immediately think of as 'dress' designs, though they can certainly be pulled off.

I agree ... dress watch, perhaps gold. And certainly a white dial. Let's get a little variety in the collection. Perhaps a Grand Seiko, for something a bit different.

I personally would pick something like the Panomatic Lunar.

the change left over would go on either a g-shock or a Seiko diver as a beater.

Nice choice @SeanO speaking of white dial, thoughts in a more casual watch 16570 explorer on a NATO?

Forget the dress watch, unless you ever wear a tuxedo or dress up often... the Sub no date could possibly fill that space.
What about a Grand Seiko GMT or something like this (you would have some spare change for another watch down the road)?

Honestly, I don’t really understand why watch collectors are so taken with Chronographs and Divers. I don’t race cars and I don’t dive, and I doubt any more than a tiny proportion of watch collectors do either. Of course there is the aesthetic appeal, and for some, appreciation of the engineering complexities, but other than that, I really am curious as to why so many people desire these big watches.

    "These big watches"?
Define big? Of course, the taste for big watches is prevalent, even many dress watches are in the 'above 40mm' segment, but there are still plenty of chronographs and dive watches in the 38-40mm range. And, most of us collectors dive below 4,000 ft and race Ferraris....in our dreams. What's wrong with a little fantasy? Yesteryear, these were the tools of the trade, and even then, the kid in us wanted to be race drivers, pilots, alpinists, engineers,....This hasn't changed.
Here's a great example of what I mean..
