Do the hands glow after charging with sunlight? If so, then they are probably Superluminova modern replacements. If not, but they fluoresce under UV light like the tritium hour markers, then they are probably original. At least this is my understanding. Looks like a nice watch!
Sorry, just realized you are not in possession of it yet. Maybe you can ask the seller to charge it in the sun then take a photo in a dark room.

Ask the seller to send a picture of the watch in the dark, as it is. And then another picture after exposure to a strong light for a short while. And then another picture when the glow have faded a bit. If the fade is even then the lume is probably all tritium. If hands glow substantially brighter than the indices then that would indicate SL hands.
