2451-2 omega

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for information about a watch my father passed down to me, an Omega mechanical watch, reference 2451-2. Based on the serial number, it was manufactured between 1944 and 1947.
I would love to know what it originally looked like, what the original strap was, its current estimated value, and any history behind this model.

It originally looked pretty much just like it does now. Nice watch. The best way to find values is to search completed auctions, forum sales listings, etc.

Search Chrono24. There are several for sale. Just keep in mind those are asking prices. Not necessarily what people are willing to pay.
