Perfect - deserves to be re-broadcast on all WIS channels henceforth, plus a special award from Bienne's marketing guys. Really want one now, it will trigger some of the sweetest times of my life!

I have a video which hits the Aperol nail on the head. But go see for yourself…

Thanks for the reviews and pics. Omega continues to raise the bar especially with the new novelties 2022. I have a deposit on the Green Seamaster, nice to see it in the flesh. The Ultra Deeps look fantastic, just unsure of size for my wrist. Hopefully we'll see a updated Planet Ocean similar to the new UDs, just more wearable for smaller wrists.
super photos. thanks for sharing.
good to read that about the Deep Sea -- despite the case thickness it actually feels less thick on the wrist....👍

Ultra Deep models are way better than I had expected.

The new green 300M Diver is, er

..indeed green, but very subtle. Not at all a Hulk copy.

This is just wonderful.

Is that bracelet as comfortable as it is good-looking? Some great design there by Omega IMO.

Also, loving that green SMP even more now.

No, it’s much, much better. The rubber strap on the Gold Speedy was also super flexible/comfortable.

That coffin shaped clasp looks great on the Ultra Deep, hand’s seen that before but they’ve definitely been progressively improving with each generation

Thank you for the additional pictures of the green Seamaster. Really like they were taken side by side a well-known color way. I'm still intrigued and want to see it in person.

How thick was the CK 859 re-issue / sector dial? I'm hoping it's not super thick.

reallly love this CK859, if only it came in a smaller case
39mm case diameter:

46mm lug-to-lug length:

11.7mm height includes the domed sapphire crystal:

I got a look at the new 57 trio at the boutique last week. They pulled them out from a secret drawer, and they were not on display. They told me they only have three, and they are showing them to their "important" customers for the next few days. Full cash payment puts you on the waiting list.

I didn't notice that the green smp does not have any red bits at first. I think had there been it would be too Christmassy

Plus, since it appears to be a dark green, it would've had to have been a brighter red to remain visible. That would have intensified the Christmassy look. All white text was definitely the way to go.

Wow. That is a beautiful, beautiful piece. Love the textured dial and counter-sunk indices.

Ultra Deep also looks much more wearable in the steel. Really intrigued to see these in the metal. Many thanks for the pix, folks!

Very interesting! Have you been persuaded?

Watching a few youtubes and it's hard not to really admire this watch.

Size seems about perfect. Thinner too. Comfort compared to Moonwatch?

The combined 2 register makes a lot of sense too.

Don't think i have ever seen a tighter end link to lug.

Noticed Rory Mcllroy wearing the new green seamaster.
Looks nice, althouth maybe too much military green on strap. Will be lovely on bracelet though. Here in motion (starts at ~12:45, tried to paste it this way here):
