Hello OmegaForums!

Long time lurker, first time poster. After the barrage of Omega releases the morning, I perused OF hoping for some stimulating conversation regarding the new Constellation models. The Deep Sea isn't really my style, the green 300m Seamaster is cool but I prefer the blue, and I dig the new '57 Speedmasters but I'd be a typical 3 subdial speedy over the 2 subdial/date. Surprisingly, I couldn't find a single thread on the new 41mm Constellation models! So I've created this account to get the ball rolling. And I guess you all will have to deal with my bad takes from here on out.

I feel that the new 41mm Constellations models another huge step forward for the often overlooked line. The white/blue ceramic version is very sharp and really like the red/black sunburst version with the matching red strap.

What does everyone else think? Where's the love??

My head is still spinning from this morning's drop of all of these new Omegas. I think the Constellations look terrific. I've always thought the Constellation occupied its own space in that it doesn't really have a Rolex/Tudor/AP/Breitling analogue the way other Omegas do (Speedy/Daytona; Planet Ocean/Sea Dweller; Seamaster 300M/Black Bay/Sub, etc.). Its a great hybrid dress/sport watch, not weighed down by any "total watch" vibe. The integrated strap is a great look and sets it apart. I'm glad it got a good refresh with this release.

Personally, I like this model and the new releases; the problem is that the most modern models, those with ceramic bezel, are 41mm, too big for this type of watch, according to my taste.
