But the rest of the dial is terrible. Just terrible.

And don't get me started on the case. And that extremely unattractive bracelet...

Haters gonna hate.... 馃槣

I picked up this 1915 Omega semi-hermetic trench watch with all the history still intact. It has a crazed and cracked original dial still present. My watchmaker serviced it and put a new mainspring in and a crown which at the moment it's not original or correct for the watch but it will do until I find one. It is running perfectly.

I love this thread so much so I am going to bump it up! Here is a calibre R17.8 that is just on the mark.

I really love everything about it from the blue hands to the sectorish dial with silver minute track and sharp case edges.

PS. On a side note, anyone can confirm the dial's originality. I am quite positive myself that it is original given that I have seen very similar examples - but, just in case I am missing anything. Thanks

I recently picked up this Geneve cal 601. I really like the orange second hand with the dark grey sunburst dial.

Somehow I ended up with this Omega Seamaster Cosmic 166.035. 馃榾
The chrystal was heavily scratched but some TLC worked on this one also.

Back in March I grabbed this Constellation 168.017 from eBay for a touch under the $500 mark, the service pushed it (a good way) over, but man was it worth it.

Not sure about the bracelet if original or aftermarket though.

I just bought this Omega 26.5 SOB with mint black dial and gold numbers for under $US120.00. The case is a tad over 30 mm in diameter excluding the Crown and on I would say the original strap. The balance staff will need replacing but other than that it's a beautiful little watch.
Cheers Russell.

If you got that for $500 then you certainly did well! Lets see a pic then, one of my favourite Speedys.

Dont know if it is allow to be a little disappointed with a nice Omega 馃榾

No description or size, just working Omega, for auction. Won it well under 300$

I used the normal method and measured the lug distance and diameter and calculated the diameter from the normal 18 mm. between the lugs.
I seemed to be a 36 mm. ref. 2892 with the case form and back.

It came today and is a very nice watch, running well BUT not a ref. 2892 or 36 mm. case 馃檨

Instead a ref. 2830-4 SC cal. 420 from 1956 AND just under 33 mm. It use a 16 mm. strap so my measurement did not work this time 馃槵
