    Hi.

Any advice on how many times you turn the crown to get full power up I bought the watch brand new from a AD only have it on about one a week for a few hours. But have noticed it's never gone 55 hrs before it stops.

I think you can search and find many discussions about power reserve and also accuracy + - per day. In brief, the power reserve is related to multiple factors. Age and condition of the watch, level of wind put into the watch either by turning the crown, or by wearing it on the wrist, and position of the watch while it is running, whether that's on the wrist or sitting on a table. Look in the owners manual for your watch and see how many winds they recommend for that movement. Also determine if it is possible to over wind the watch so you don't accidently due any damage to the movement. Give the watch the recommended number of turns, then wear it for the day and it will probably be fully wound after the day and measure time until it runs out of power. If you need it to run constantly get a winder.
