·I picked up my copy at an Omega Boutique this afternoon. It is paperbound and massive -- in terms of thickness. They also had the new edition of the Omega Lifetime on hand. I am looking forward to perusing both!

·Omega kindly sent me a copy a couple of weeks ago and it's very nice in itself and in terms of content. Quite dangerous too - there's an awful lot of temptation lurking within!

You can request one sent directly to you from Omega's site. It's free and only requirement is that you have a valid login. Just requested one myself on Monday. Scroll to the bottom of their home page, under Customer Service section --> Order a Catalogue link.
