Hello new to the forum and to the Omega world. I have acquired two older vintage watches from my father and would like some input on the best way to get identified/value. Both are in perfect working order I do know that the older one was purchased in Belgium immediately after the war and other in the 70's. Any information would be greatly appreciated. No comments on the vintage Speidel bands please.

Get a WM to remove the backs and take very clear and high res pix of movements and inside the case backs.

All pix should include all the numbers and writings you can see.

help us help you.

Don't get your hopes up too much as to value, other than sentimental.

Thanks will do, not caring about selling at all, my daughter is already claiming as they seem to be in vogue right now.

Remove the stretchy bands, the spring-loaded ends tend to eat into the inside of the lugs.

Geneves of this vintage with gold backs are usually solid gold.
