Guess where Sydney OB sends your Omega.
This isnt the only watch I have sent back, in fact out of four recent services, I have returned three.

Pretty poor. I've heard several similar stories. I wish I could find an independent watchmaker who could do the Coaxials.

My 1994 2598.80 Chronograph was returned to me in a state I would say was untested and non functional. I wore it for an hour and noted it was losing minutes and when the chrono was left running it would stop altogether.

You need to use one of the many great independent local watchmakers.

Now I find it impossible to believe that any Omega service centre, after being asked by yourself to change the insert, would just remove the insert and refit it so badly. They just wouldn't do that, which is why I called bullshit.

I don't find it impossible at all, sadly.

Yes and I certainly wouldnt jump into a thread and 'call bullshit'. If you had half a brain cell 'Dennis' you would have looked at the context of my thread. Why if I had the ability to remove and incorrectly fit a bezel would I leave it the way it was and post about it. Wouldnt I just just correct it myself? I notice you have gone to ground since I posted my paper work for the service you little prick.

Sorry but I can't stand people who burst into threads, make utterly moronic comments, drop the mic and exit.

In Melbourne? I haven't been able find any. Plus most of my recent projects required an omega service. For example, this quartz required a new movement, an independent wouldn't be able to help me with that.
