·This isnt the only watch I have sent back, in fact out of four recent services, I have returned three.
Pretty poor. I've heard several similar stories. I wish I could find an independent watchmaker who could do the Coaxials.

·My 1994 2598.80 Chronograph was returned to me in a state I would say was untested and non functional. I wore it for an hour and noted it was losing minutes and when the chrono was left running it would stop altogether.

··Omega Qualified WatchmakerNow I find it impossible to believe that any Omega service centre, after being asked by yourself to change the insert, would just remove the insert and refit it so badly. They just wouldn't do that, which is why I called bullshit.
I don't find it impossible at all, sadly.
