I am scrapping out one just like that for the movement, although mine is automatic with SS. The one I have has a naff dial, and I would rather have the ladies case. The most valuable thing on these watches are the hands, which are unobtanum. Balance complete units are also getting pricey as hairsprings are easily damaged.
I'll keep the old case, dial and hands just in case I find a cheap 671 movement sans case. As the supply of the nicer watches diminish these may get more attractive to entry level collectors. Such watches are of a cost cutting era using the smaller 'Ladies' sized movements in cheap stamped out GF cases. The smaller movements are also going to be more costly to maintain, so a service can be many times what the watch is worth.
It is always hard to predict though what will be popular down the road.
