Its not a bumper, it seems to use the 269 calibre which is a 30mm derivative. There are many options for hands that fit.

Would it be better to take it to a watchmaker to source and install them for you? If you need a recommendation for a watchmaker, let us know whereabouts you live

It's not a bumper, and it already has hands. What is the issue?

What are my best options for hands that would fit? Similar calibre hands?

The base caliber would be the 30T2.

Start Googling, we're not here to find parts for people.

Yes they did, the slightest of touches on them and bent out of true.
Speaking with a few suppliers regarding the 30T series of movement, sadly they don't have any stock left suitable, the sizing on this watch is odd compared to standard sizing so they are hard to find. The suppliers state they can check with Omega if they have any stock but they rarely allow suppliers access like they used too.
At least I have established the Hand Sizing - 1.40mm/0.75mm/0.19mm

Almost everything shows up on eBay eventually if you're patient enough.

Omega is not supplying 3rd party suppliers as readily as they used to, however there are still independent Omega watchmakers who can order Omega parts.

Just FYI - Omega cut off all 3rd party resellers completely in 2015. If there are 3rd party sellers are out there with genuine Omega parts, they either bought them before the cut-off, or they are not getting them directly from Omega.

Thank you all for your responses.
I have found an independent watchmaker who has been repairing Omega watches for decades.
Not only does he live within 15 minutes drive of me, he doesn't charge for quotations.
So I will take both Omega's in to him, as the 1984 Seamaster needs a service.

Do you mind sharing your watchmaker? I have a 1969 Speedy that needs service and I don't want to replace the hands.
